Cooking Instructions
Cook from frozen, do not thaw. Always preheat air-fryer or cooking oil.
Air-Fry: Preheat air-fryer to 400°F. Place yuca bites in fryer basked and cook for 8-10 minutes @ 400°F. Let yuca bites stand 2 minutes after cooking.
Deep/Pan Fry: Preheat oil to 350°F. Carefully add frozen yuca bites (4 at a time) and cook for 3-5 minutes. Place cooked yuca bites on a plate with paper towels to drain excess oil and let them rest for 2 minutes before eating.
