Chicken Croquettes

The classic Catalina blend of cream cheese with Parmesan and Romano cheeses is a favorite with cheese lovers everywhere. Warning: this is not a cheese stick. This is creamy, crunchy, cheesy delight in every bite.

Cooking Instructions

For best results, deep-fry only. Cook from frozen, do not thaw. Cook 4 croquettes at a time in a medium sized sauce pan. Fill sauce pan halfway with your favorite cooking oil. Preheat oil to 350°F. Fry croquettes for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oil and place on plate with paper towels for 2 minutes to allow heat to settle. Do not overfill pan, and do not fry more than 4 croquettes at a time. Minimum internal temperature should reach 165°F.
