We have taken the work out of making a perfect croquette at home. Our classic ham croquette is now pre-fried at the plant so you can finish cooking them in the oven or air-fryer. Catalina ham croquetas are a creamy, savory delight—filled with real ham and a rich, velvety bechamel, all in a perfectly crispy breaded shell.
Cooking Instructions
Cook from frozen, do not thaw. Results may vary depending on equipment, adjust times accordingly.
Air-Fry: 5-7 minutes @ 400°F
Oven: Bake 15 minutes @ 425°F
Convection: 12 minutes @ 375°F
Deep/Pan Fry: 3 minutes @ 350°F

Are Catalina Air-Fryer croquettes fully cooked?
No — Our new air-fryer-ready croquettes are flash-fried to give you the classic Catalina golden breading out of the air-fryer or oven, but they must still be fully heated to 165°F. For best results, follow the instructions on each package.
Are Catalina Air-Fryer-Ready Croquettes available everywhere?

Are they gluten-free?
No, Catalina croquettes contain wheat ingredients and are not gluten-free.
Are they made in the U.S.?
Yes! All our croquettes are proudly made in Florida using our original Cuban-style recipe.
