The Catalina Cheese Croquettes are made from a blend of three cheeses: Cream Cheese, Parmesan Cheese and Romano Cheese.

Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 375 °F. Use enough oil to fully cover the Catalina Croquettes. Fry the croquettes for approx. 5 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 2 minutes. Minimum internal temperature must reach 158 °F. Do not fry more than 4 at a time.
