The Catalina spicy cheese croquette is made from a blend of 3 cheeses and crushed pepper in a cream base sauce with seasonings.

Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil to 350F. Use enough oil to fully cover the Catalina croquettes. Fry the croquettes for 5 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. The minimum internal temperature must reach 158F. Do not fry more than 4 at a time.
